Returns and Exchanges

You may return an item within 15 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please notify us about the return within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the process.

Please note:

  • Handcrafted Uniqueness: Our products are handmade by skilled artisans, making each piece unique. Minor variations in design, size, shape, and color are expected and celebrated as part of the charm of handcrafted items.
  • Quality Assurance: Every item undergoes stringent quality checks before dispatch from our facility.

To return an item:

  1. Contact Us: Write to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Condition: Ensure the item is unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition with the original packaging and tags intact.
  3. Secure Packaging: Pack the item safely to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be borne by you.

Non-Refundable Situations

Handistone will not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Minor variations in design, size, shape, or color.
  • Inaccurate address or phone number provided at checkout.
  • Delivery refusal by the recipient.
  • Items returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • No return notification within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items in your possession for more than 15 days after delivery.
  • Items purchased during high-discount sales/promotions.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in saleable condition, we will process the refund within 10-15 working days. Please note that COD charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Broken Items

If you receive a damaged or broken item, you are eligible for an exchange if the damage is reported within 15 days of delivery.

Steps to follow:

  1. Inspect and Photograph: If the parcel arrives with visible external damage, photograph the packaging before opening it.
  2. Report Promptly: Open the parcel within 3 days of delivery and report any damage immediately to both Handistone and the shipping company (e.g., FedEx or DHL) with photographs.
  3. Insurance Claims: We will assist you in processing an insurance claim for the damaged item. Additional details may be required from you to expedite the claim.
  4. Exchange: We will exchange the damaged item with a new one upon receiving the damaged product. Please note that we do not offer refunds for damaged items.

If you return a damaged product after 15 days, we will not be able to exchange or refund it.
