At HandiStone, we strive to deliver your handcrafted and furniture products safely and promptly. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery processes.

Shipping Methods

Domestic and International Shipping:

  1. Courier Partners:
    • We ship exclusively through reputable courier partners DHL, FedX, and Delivery.
    • Delivery typically takes approximately 10 days to reach your doorstep.
    • If DHL or FedEx or Delivery cannot deliver to your area, we will use India Post.
  2. Sea Cargo:
    • For oversized items, we use sea cargo shipping to the nearest seaport.
    • Delivery via sea cargo takes 6 to 8 weeks.
    • The customer is responsible for arranging door delivery from the seaport or we can arrange it at an extra cost.

Note: We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Packaging and Delivery

By Air:

  • Items up to 48″ in diameter are packed in corrugated and PVC boxes with air bubble wrap and foam sheets.
  • These items are dispatched via DHL and FedEx, taking approximately 10 days for delivery.

By Sea:

  • Larger items (above 48″ diameter) are packed with wood wool, secured with rope, covered in jute cloth, and fixed in wooden boxes.
  • These items are shipped via sea cargo, taking 6 to 8 weeks to the nearest seaport provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.

Insurance

All items dispatched from our workshop are fully insured, covering all risks of damage during transit.

Customs and Duties

  • The customer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes as per their country’s regulations.
  • HandiStone is not accountable for delays in customs clearance.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery time depends on stock availability and the nature of the craftsmanship involved in the product.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping services.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping addresses. Errors may include incorrect zip codes, states, or countries.
  • Inaccurate addresses leading to failed delivery will result in order cancellation and return to the seller. Compensation for shipping, handling, and processing costs will be sought.

Payment Methods

  • We accept all major debit and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, RuPay), UPI, and Net Banking options across major Indian banks.
  • Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Order Processing

  • Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping.
  • Most orders are delivered within 5-7 days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
  • Tracking information will be shared once the order is shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are possible only if the product received is damaged or the wrong product is delivered.
  • Customers must inform us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • We reserve the right to approve returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Non-Returnable Situations:

  • Orders not accepted by the customer.
  • Customized products.
  • Bulk orders.
  • Products differing slightly from website photos due to handcrafted nature.

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Order changes or cancellations are accepted at any time before shipping.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
